How do I join ZENxperience?

You can join ZENxperience by subscribing to your favorite VIVAZEN products. Simply go to the Shop and create a subscription.

How does Zenxperience work?

As a member of ZENxperience, every brand interaction and purchase earns you rewards. The longer you subscribe, the better the rewards. It’s a tiered program, starting from VIVA Silver, and moving up to VIVA Gold and the prestigous VIVA Platinum, ensuring ongoing loyalty is richly rewarded.

If you participate in the current VIVAZEN  reward points program, your points are automatically added to the new ZENxperience program.

Can I cancel my ZENxperience subscription?

Yes, you can cancel your subscription at any time. However, please note that cancelling your subscription will result in the loss of accumulated rewards and privileges and you will have to start from tier 1 again if you re-subscribe.
